This Christmas, I’m running 42 km to help raise vital funds for MND Australia. Motor Neurone Disease is a devastating condition that gradually takes away a person’s ability to move, speak, swallow, and eventually breathe. With two Australians diagnosed and two lives lost every day, support for research and care has never been more important.

Every donation, even if it's $10 or $20, will help provide essential services, equipment, and hope for those fighting MND.
