I'm raising money to support MND Australia
This October, I’m taking on my first Ironman 70.3 - a challenge that will push me physically, mentally, and emotionally.
But in the grand scheme of Motor Neuron Disease (MND), this challenge is small.
MND is a devastating disease that takes away the ability to move, speak, and eventually breathe, yet leaves the mind intact. I’ve seen the impact it has through friends and their loved ones who have been lost or are currently fighting this battle. It’s something no family should have to go through.
So I’m using this race as more than just a personal goal. I’m using it as a platform to raise awareness and funds for MND research, to help find better treatments, support those affected, and one day, a cure.
Over the next few months, I’ll be sharing my training journey, the highs and lows, and everything in between. Every early morning, every long session, and every bit of discomfort is for something so much bigger than myself.
If you’re able to donate, share, or simply follow along, it would mean the world. Together, we can make a difference.
Thank you for your support 🤍
