Hello, my name is Matthew. I'm 14 and live in NSW, and I've had a change in spirit in the past year. I was recently diagnosed with T1D. I know it's not the same, but ever since I've been needing to do more for people around me, and MND is a serious disease and needs to be addressed, and we as a community need to unite as one and need to help stop this incurable sickness.
