Memorial Fundraiser for Roo
Moruya Golf Club is holding a Memorial Golf Day every year in honour of our beloved co-worker and friend, Andrew - affectionately known as Roo.He was a funny, kind, gentle and very cheeky man, who touched the hearts of all who were lucky enough to know him.
Roo was diagnosed with MND in 2024, after which he took time to spend with his children, family and friends. In late 2025, he spent his final days surrounded by his loved ones.
We held a fundraising golf day for Andrew in August 2024, and our aim is to hold one every year in his name.
