For my birthday this year, I have a special wish.

Instead of gifts, I would love for you to make a small donation to Motor Neurone Disease (MND) research in honour of my beautiful and much-loved Nanna, Leigh Kleinschmidt.

MND is a very hard disease, and I hope that by raising money we can help scientists find better treatments and one day a cure.
